Looking for an eggless waffle recipe that's both delicious and easy to make? You've come to the right place! Whether you're new to plant-based eating or a seasoned pro, this guide will walk you through how to make vegan waffles that are also gluten-free, and free from the top 9 allergens! Perfect for those with food sensitivities or anyone embracing a healthier lifestyle, our recipe ensures you don't have to sacrifice flavor for dietary needs (like all of our products!)

Making waffles without eggs or dairy might sound challenging, but with the right ingredients, you'll be amazed at how fluffy and flavorful they can be.

One of the best things about these waffles is their versatility. Whether you're topping them with fresh fruit, a drizzle of maple syrup, or a dollop of your favorite dairy-free yogurt, they make the perfect breakfast or brunch treat.

This batter recipe could also be transformed into a pizza fritte (or funnel cake, fried and topped with powdered sugar) version by adding more liquid and more sugar.

At The Difference Baker, we believe everyone deserves to enjoy delicious food, regardless of dietary restrictions. This vegan and gluten-free waffle recipe is a testament to that belief, proving that you can have it all: great taste, satisfying texture, and ingredients that align with your health goals. So grab your waffle iron and get ready to enjoy a breakfast that’s as good for your body as it is for your taste buds!
